Kris of the Order of the Crown

The sheath is made out of gold and decorated with bas reliefs of turkey cloud, in addition to an enamel crown encrusted with diamonds and rubies.

The hilt is made out of gold and decorated with enamel crowns encrusted with gems such as ruby, sapphire and diamonds and is surmounted with a small replica of the crown.

The straight tip is carved with the words “O! God Almighty” and “Sultan Abu Bakar Ibni Ibrahim 1278” on one side of the surface and the other side is carved with the following words “Unto Allah Resigned”.

The long sheath is decorated with bas relief of the Jawa Deman style that is adorned with small heads to reflect the various animals found in Johor. The Star and Crescent is made out of enamel encrusted with diamonds and rubies.

The hilt is made out of gold and surmounted with a Star and Crescent made of enamel, rubies, sapphires and diamonds.

The straight tip is inscribed with the words “O! God Almighty” and “Sultan Abu Bakar Ibni Ibrahim 1278” on one side while the other side are inscribed with the words “Concord is a Blessing”
